On July 3, 2013, APAA held its first APAA Community Program event called “Hunter’s Point Wildlife Stewardship”. We joined up with Evergreen to help solve various environmental issues at Hunter’s Point Park located in Richmond Hill.
APAA would like to congratulate and recognize members who have participated. Through your dedication, we were able to restore the park’s natural beauty by planting native plants and removing invasive species. Thank you to:

Additionally, APAA would like to do a special shout out to its executive council specifically: Dionne Brazier, May Cai, Sara Cheng, Ammar Faizy, Angelet Lim, Gurpreet Pabla, Vidur Pathak, and Laura Pena Valdez. Without them, the Hunter’s Point Stewardship event would not be possible.
Keep up the great work!
